Somtimes, the budget simply doesn't permit that fun, flirty Summer dress or the latest  lip color. One of the easiest ways to transition into a new season is by purchasing a couple of trendy nail polishes. Some people still cringe at the thought of this. Yes, I realize buying a trendy nail polish can often mean spending $14 on a nail polish. Seriously people?! Who spends $14 on nail polish?


For this exact reason, I made it my purpose in life to find fun shades of nail polish for under $3. This especially useful for those with nail polish ADD, like I have.
